I believe that each person needs to feel understood and heard without fear of judgement, but also help in identifying issues and learning how to cope in a healthy way. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental and welcoming environment. My focus areas are working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety disorders including, but not limited to: generalized anxiety disorder, phobias, social anxiety disorder, agoraphobia, and panic disorder. I also have experience working with co-occurring disorders, substance abuse, depression, mood disorders, OCD, parenting issues, and behavior issues.
I utilize a variety of therapy modalities, tailoring my approach to each clients specific situation and needs. I have experience working with children, adolescents, teenagers, and adults of all ages. I can help you to identify and work toward your goals, whether you are struggling with stress, relationship issues, PTSD/trauma, life transitions, etc.
