Therapy is about meeting you where you are and if that means you need a listening ear as you process something deep, someone to help guide you to the best possible you, or someone who is going to hold you accountable than look no further, because that is exactly what you will get. Therapy is not one size fits all, so I use many different modalities of therapy to help you navigate life’s hills and valleys. I also like to bring in my teachings from my Advanced Certified Hypnotherapist training.
